We each hold lived experiences that shape who we are and how we move through the world. We also have distinct areas of interest, points of connection, and ways of expression. Because of this, I’d like to share some of who I am beyond my professional qualifications. I have found that when I bring my authentic self into the therapy space, it helps the people I hold space for do the same.

The podcast is all about white nonsense (and yes, it includes my own). My co-host is an anonymous cis-het Black woman who is tired of white people in her life continuing to disregard her worth. We use humor, some lengthy tangents, and lots of lived experiences to share our perspectives, insights, and errors that get in the way of white folks “doing the work.”
